Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation (The 5-Minute Window)
Because we deal in highly perishable fresh catch and begin processing your order immediately, customers can only cancel their order within exactly 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, the cleaning and packing process begins, and the order cannot be canceled.
2. Returns
Due to the perishable nature and strict hygiene standards of fresh seafood, we do not accept returns once the order has been successfully delivered to your doorstep.
3. Refunds
If an order is successfully canceled within the 5-minute window, or if PrimeCatch is unable to fulfill your order due to sudden stock unavailability, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
