1. Product Quality & Weights
Prime Catch specializes in fresh seawater catch. All weights mentioned on the website refer to Gross Weight (before cleaning). The final weight delivered (Net Weight) will be lower due to the removal of scales, fins, and guts during the cleaning process.
2. Delivery Policy
We provide delivery in selected areas of Navi Mumbai (Kharghar, Panvel, Kamothe, Kalamboli, Roadpali). While we strive for a 90-minute delivery, timelines may be affected by weather conditions (Heavy Rain Mode) or sourcing delays.
3. Pricing
Seafood prices are dynamic and change daily based on the catch. The price displayed at the time of your order is the final price you will pay.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and for providing accurate delivery information to ensure successful fulfillment.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Prime Catch and may not be used without prior written consent.
