1. Service Availability
PrimeCatch currently operates exclusively in Kalamboli, Panvel, Kharghar, and Kamothe. We reserve the right to reject orders placed outside these predefined geographical zones.

2. Product Weights and Pricing
Since seafood is a natural product, the actual weight of the delivered product may vary slightly. We guarantee complete transparency by displaying both the Weight Before Cleaning and the Weight After Cleaning on our product pages.

3. Quality Guarantee
We pride ourselves on delivering 100% fresh, premium seawater catch. All products are hygienically cleaned and packed. Seafood naturally releases 5-8% moisture during transit. The billed weight is strictly measured immediately after cleaning at our facility.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
PrimeCatch reserves the right to limit or disable the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option for high-value orders to prevent food wastage.
